I’ve been working in the property business for over 20 years now and loved every minute! I think having a passion for property is something that can’t be taught – you either have it or you don’t. I started exact in 2016, slowly at first working for a small number of letting agents and some private customers. Since then things have got busier and busier and we now work across West and East Sussex for many agents and landlords as well as corporations like Housing Associations and charities.

Everyone at Exact aims for 100% customer delight – average is never good enough for us. After all, a property inventory is a really important document that must be completely accurate, detailed and fair.
